Founded in 2015

Since opening our doors in 2015, The Merchant Coffee shops have been built around a simple idea: a neighbourhood space where great coffee and community go hand in hand. Inspired by a passion for quality brews and a welcoming atmosphere, we set out to create a haven where people can connect, relax, and enjoy the warmth of good company over a cup of coffee.

Brothers Coffee is more than just our supplier—they’re artisans who pour passion and precision into every roast, bringing us fresh, vibrant beans each day. Their roasting team operates locally, with beans roasted daily to ensure that every batch is delivered at peak freshness and flavour.

With over a decade in the industry, Brothers Coffee has earned a reputation for excellence. Their team is made up of dedicated professionals, many of whom hold SCA certifications in barista, brewing, and roasting, continually refining their skills to bring out the best in every origin. This commitment to craft and consistency means that each cup we serve is a result of skilled hands, knowledge, and an unwavering dedication to quality.
